Impact Aid Survey
We need your help to complete our Impact Aid application!
Data gathered with the attached survey will provide us the information needed to file our application for funding through this federal program. The Impact Aid program could produce significant revenue that would enhance the educational opportunities for children attending Tishomingo Public Schools.
We hope you will take a moment to respond to the survey and return the survey form to your child’s school as soon as possible. You can be assured that the individual information you provide will be held in strict confidence.

Yearbooks are now on sale at the price of $50! A $20 (per yearbook) deposit can be made. All order forms should be returned to your child's teacher, campus office, or mailed to: Tishomingo High School Attn: Ms. McCarter 1300 E. Main St. Tishomingo, OK 73460. If you choose to return the order to your child's teacher or the campus office, the campus office will get it to Ms. McCarter.
Please make checks payable to THS Yearbook. Yearbooks can also be purchased online at using the link below. There is also a link to print additional copies of the order form. Monthly statements will be distributed if you only put down a deposit. The price will go up on 2/1/2019 to $60.
NO EXTRA OR ADDITIONAL yearbooks will be ordered this year. Order your copy NOW before price increases and/or you completely miss out.
Tishomingo Athletic Department will be selling season passes for the 2018-2019 school year.
