BAND CAMP 2025

AUGUST 4 – 8, 2025

Required for all HS Band Members

in Grades 8-12

On Monday, August 4, members of Tishomingo High School’s “Pride of Little Dixie” will reunite for Band Camp 2025.  Camp begins at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, August 4-8.  Attendance and participation in Band Camp is required for all POLD members.  All members must be enrolled and must have their completed physical on file. (If you have not taken care of enrollment and/or completed physical, please do so.)

Each day, from 8-11, students will fill out forms, pay fees, practice individually and/or in sections, check out uniforms and instruments, get music, etc.  Colorguard will rehearse and write routines during this time. (Students who are involved in additional extracurricular activities will need to find a morning to take care of their paperwork, fees, uniform and instrument checkout, etc.)

Each day, from 11-12, students will be released for lunch on their own.

Each day, the full group (colorguard included) will rehearse together from 12-4 pm and is required.

On Thursday evening, the Tishomingo Band Boosters will treat the POLD members to the annual Band Camp Party at Camp Bond.  (In addition to eating delicious food, past party activities have included swimming, zip line, basketball, etc.)

The plan, at this time, is to take band photos Friday morning.  More information regarding pictures will be given to students during Band Camp.
