I have been teaching Kindergarten at Tishomingo Elementary School

since 2003.  Before coming to Tish I previously taught 5th grade for

two years.  I graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University

with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2001.  I obtained

my Master's degree in Library Media Science from East Central University

in 2007.  I successfully completed the National Board Certification in 2009

and recertified in 2018 .  

Personal

I have lived most of my life in Tishomingo and graduated from Tishomingo High School. I am married to Charles Hook. We have 2 beautiful daughters, who keep us very busy.
