“Once an Indian, always an Indian” rings true for me, and I am so thankful that I get to teach in my hometown!  I have attended Tishomingo Public Schools since I was in the fifth grade.  I graduated from THS in 2015.

After graduation, I went to Grayson County College on a softball scholarship and played there for a year.  I then returned to Murray State College and received my Associates of Applied Science.  From there, I went to Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education in 2020.

That August, I accepted a position teaching third grade at Tishomingo Memorial Elementary School.  I held that position for two years before moving up to fourth grade in 2022.

When I am not teaching, I love to go hiking and kayaking.  I also have a passion for creating things, so I enjoy painting, scrapbooking, quilting, sewing, and a strange craft called Pysanky.  I believe that the two best way to spend time is with family, friends, or a good book!
